Roll-off dumpster rental in Parker

The yard is inside the Town of Parker — 10270 S Dransfeldt Rd in the 80134 ZIP, approx. 1.8 road miles from Town Hall on Mainstreet, about 5 minutes.

Parker is where the trucks start every morning. The yard on Dransfeldt Road is inside Town limits, approx. 1.8 road miles from Town Hall, so a call before noon is usually a container the same day anywhere in town.

It is a big town now — 65,985 people by the Census Bureau's July 2025 estimate (58,512 at the 2020 Census; the Town's own figure for Jan. 1, 2026 is about 72,000). The Town says trash and recycling are "not a service provided by the Town of Parker," so your HOA or a private hauler looks after the weekly cart. A kitchen, a roof or a garage clear-out is roll-off work.

Local knowledge

Getting our bearings in Parker

Knowing a city properly is the difference between covering it and showing up with the right box.

  • No Town trash service — the Town points residents to private companies or their homeowners' association for pickup. There is no single Town hauler.
  • 5,900 feet up — Parker became a municipality in 1981, at about one square mile and 285 residents. The Town now covers 22.4 square miles.
  • Old stage-road country — by the Town's history page, Alfred Butters set up the Pine Grove Post Office around 1862, and the 20 Mile House was a stage stop on the old trail beside Cherry Creek.
  • Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS) at 3500 S. Gun Club Road, Aurora — approx. 11 road miles from the yard. Run by WM, it takes construction and demolition debris, household trash and asbestos waste. Monday to Friday 6 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday 7 am to 5 pm; WM does not publish its fees.
  • Douglas County GreenWorks at 5675 Delva Way, Sedalia — the Town sends residents there for slash and yard waste. Electronics and household hazardous waste go there too, free for County residents by appointment (303-660-7480).

What comes out of Parker properties

Kitchens, baths, flooring and roofs in 15s and 20s, whole-house cleanouts in 20s and 30s, teardowns in 30s and 40s, and a 10 for concrete, brick and dirt. Your HOA's weekly cart was never meant for a gutted basement.

Colorado decides what stays out of the container. CDPHE bans lead-acid batteries, liquids, used oil, waste tires, and TVs, computers and other electronics from landfills. Fridges, freezers and A/C units need the refrigerant recovered first under the federal EPA rule, and unused paint goes to PaintCare, the state's paint program. Drywall, shingles, wood, concrete and brick are fine. Tell us before brush or yard waste goes in.

Permits, placement and who may haul in Parker

Who may haul: we found no hauler licence in Parker — a search of the Municipal Code for "hauler" and "roll-off" turns up nothing, and the Town runs no trash contract. Nothing we found restricts who may run a roll-off here.

On your driveway: we found no Town permit or time limit for a roll-off on a private driveway. Your HOA can still set driveway rules, so check your covenants first.

In the street — the rule that matters: the Town needs a Street Occupancy Permit (STO) to place dumpsters in the Town right-of-way for more than 24 hours, applied for on eTRAKiT through Engineering and Public Works (303.840.9546). The Town does not publish the fee, and its roadway manual also says dumpsters may not go in the right-of-way "without specific approval of the Town" — so do not count on a free day in the street; call first. Under House Bill 22-1139 an HOA cannot ban lawful use of the public street, but it can still set rules for your driveway. Parker Road is a state highway, so work there needs a CDOT permit as well.

Noise hours: Code 6.03.060 bars construction and demolition equipment from 7 pm to 7 am on weekdays, from 7 pm Friday to 8 am Saturday, from 7 pm Saturday to 10 am Sunday, from 7 pm Sunday to 7 am Monday, and before 10 am or after 7 pm on holidays. Plan the work inside those hours.

Knocking something down: a demolition needs a Town building permit through eTRAKiT — the Building Permit Counter is on 303.841.1970, and the Town does not publish the fee. Colorado adds its own step for every demolition, single-family homes included: a Colorado-certified asbestos inspection, then a CDPHE demolition notice 10 working days before work starts, even if no asbestos is found. The CDPHE demolition notice fee is $50 plus $5 per 1,000 sq ft. Asbestos debris never goes in a standard roll-off.

How it works

Booking a dumpster in Parker

Booking a container here takes one phone call and about five minutes.

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No long forms, no guesswork.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the standard rental of up to 7 days, pickup, disposal and a stated weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.

  3. 3

    Delivered where you want it

The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site exactly where you asked, with boards under it if you want them. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it below the top rail and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, used oil, liquids, paint, chemicals, propane tanks, TVs and computers, and fridges or A/C units with refrigerant still in them. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call or text and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and dispose of it right

The load goes to a permitted landfill such as the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site, with metal, concrete, cardboard and clean green waste recycled whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Local answers

Dumpster rental in Parker — common questions

How fast can you deliver in Parker?

Call (720) 964-2184 before noon and it is usually on your driveway the same day. The yard is on Dransfeldt Road, inside the Town.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Parker?

Not that we found for a private driveway — but check your HOA. In the Town street it needs a Street Occupancy Permit through eTRAKiT for anything over 24 hours, and the Town wants specific approval before a dumpster goes in the right-of-way at all. Call Engineering and Public Works on 303.840.9546 first.

Can my HOA stop me putting a dumpster in the street?

Not on the public street — House Bill 22-1139 bars HOAs from banning lawful use of the public right-of-way. The Town permit still applies, and your HOA can still set rules for your driveway.

Do I need an asbestos inspection to tear out walls or knock down a shed?

For a demolition, yes — Colorado needs a certified asbestos inspection and a CDPHE notice 10 working days ahead for all demolitions, houses included. Remodels that disturb material over the state's trigger levels need the inspection too. Sort it before the container lands.

Service area

Every town we cover

We run roll-off containers out of the Dransfeldt Road yard to every town below. Parker and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more often next-day. A few towns license the haulers that work inside their limits, and several keep containers off the street — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
