Nature of our service

Elevation Dumpster Services is a dumpster rental service for homeowners, contractors, businesses and property managers in Parker, Colorado and the surrounding Douglas, Arapahoe and Elbert County communities. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider ("Service Provider"). We do not operate disposal facilities. When you request a quote or call (720) 964-2184, your request may be handled directly by our team or shared with a qualified Service Provider who can fill it. Each Service Provider operates independently and is solely responsible for its own pricing, services and performance.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website or our phone service, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

No guarantee of service

We work to provide reliable, professional dumpster rental, but we do not guarantee the availability, pricing or completion of any service in every location or timeframe. Work performed by a Service Provider is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for scheduling, delivery, damages or disputes that arise from services handled by a Service Provider.

Information collection and sharing

When you submit a form, call our number or request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and project details and location. This information is used by our team and shared only with relevant local providers for the purpose of fulfilling your request. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Payments and pricing

Pricing depends on the dumpster size, rental length, debris type, delivery location and disposal weight. A flat-rate quote covers delivery, pickup, disposal within the included weight and the standard rental period; extra days and weight above the allowance are charged as quoted. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, and payment is usually taken when the booking is confirmed. Where a Service Provider fulfils the rental, payment and billing may be handled directly between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for that provider's quotes or estimates, billing errors or refunds, or service delays, cancellations or disputes.

Use of the container

Load the container no higher than the top rail — an overfilled container cannot legally or safely be transported — and keep the delivery area and the path to it clear. Do not place lead-acid batteries, used oil or other liquids, waste tires, electronic devices and computers, paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks or gas cylinders, hazardous chemicals, medical waste, asbestos-containing material, or refrigerant appliances that have not been properly evacuated in the container. Colorado law prohibits the land disposal of residential lead-acid batteries (C.R.S. 30-20-1002), which must instead go to a retailer or wholesaler engaged in lead-acid battery collection or recycling, a secondary lead smelter, or a collection or recycling facility. Colorado also bans electronic devices from landfills (C.R.S. 25-17-303) and requires waste tires to go to a tire collector, processor, monofill or collection facility. Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, brick and asphalt is subject to weight limits for safe transport.

Permits and placement

Placement on private property such as a driveway usually needs no permit. A container in a public street, sidewalk or right-of-way may need the town's permit or approval — in Parker, a Street Occupancy Permit for more than 24 hours in the Town right-of-way — and getting it is the customer's responsibility. We can help explain the local requirements when you book. HOA covenants on containers are also the customer's to check. Service Providers are responsible for obtaining the licences, insurance and permits their own work requires.

Service provider responsibility

When a Service Provider is involved, it operates as an independent contractor and is responsible for obtaining proper licences, insurance and permits; complying with local, state and federal laws; the safe and lawful disposal of waste; and preventing damage during delivery or pickup. Elevation Dumpster Services does not supervise, manage or control Service Providers and is not liable for their conduct or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevation Dumpster Services and its owners, partners and affiliates are not liable for any injury, property damage or loss arising from services provided by third parties; for delays, cancellations or failure to perform by any Service Provider; or for errors or omissions in content or information on this website. All use of our service is at your own risk.

No warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the quality or reliability of Service Providers, the accuracy of information on this website, or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose. The website and our services are provided "as is".

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevation Dumpster Services, its affiliates and employees from any claims, losses or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the site or our services, your relationship or transactions with Service Providers, or a violation of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute is resolved exclusively in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado. We may update these terms periodically; the updated version is posted here with the revised effective date, and continued use of the website or phone service means you accept the changes.
