How a roll-off works
The truck backs in and rolls the container off onto the spot you agreed. You load it over the open top, keeping everything below the top rail, because an overfilled dumpster cannot legally or safely be hauled. Spread the load evenly, front to back and side to side. Call or text when it is done; the truck comes back, loads it and hauls it.
Space is the thing to check before you book: a flat, hard surface such as a driveway, gravel pad or pavement, room for a container up to about 22 feet long and 7.5 feet wide, about 60 feet of clear approach for the truck and about 25 feet of clearance overhead. Power lines, low branches, parked cars and bins are the usual obstacles. Keep it off grass, soft soil and septic systems.
What the flat price includes
Delivery, the standard rental of up to 7 days, pickup and disposal up to the stated weight. Most rentals run $350 to $750, depending on the size, the type of debris, the delivery location and how long you keep it; a 10 yard is typically $350 to $550. Two things add to it: going over the included weight, which we weigh and charge as a low-cost overage, and keeping the container past the rental window, at a low daily rate. Banned items have to come out of the load before it can go. We explain all of it on the first call. No hidden fuel surcharges or environmental fees. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Roll-off rental across the south metro — where the loads go
Roll-off loads from Parker go to permitted landfills. The Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site, at 3500 S Gun Club Rd in Aurora, about 11 road miles from the yard, is run by WM and takes construction and demolition debris, household trash, clean soils and yard and green waste. Its recycling center takes single-stream recycling free and appliances, tires and electronic waste for an extra charge, and it does not accept hazardous or liquid waste. It is open Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; WM does not publish its fees there. The Sedalia Landfill on Highway 85 is the other Douglas County option. Colorado keeps lead-acid batteries, used oil, liquids, waste tires and electronics out of all of them. We price it flat either way.

What is the difference between a roll-off and a regular dumpster?
A regular business dumpster is a front-load bin emptied on a route for ongoing commercial collection. A roll-off is a temporary open-top container delivered for a job and hauled away when you are done.
How full can I load it?
Below the top rail, no higher. An overfilled dumpster cannot legally or safely be hauled, so even loading matters. If you need more room, call and we swap it for an empty one.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No. Agree the spot with us in advance, keep it clear of cars and obstacles, mark it with cones, tape or chalk and text us a photo, and the driver places it exactly where you asked. Same for pickup — just keep the path clear.
How quickly can you deliver?
Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability. Call before noon for the best chance of same-day.
Can I not just haul it to a disposal site myself?
You can. The Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site in Aurora is open weekdays 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays 7 to 5. Douglas County's Sedalia Transfer Site on Peterson Road takes residential waste and light construction materials, Mondays and Saturdays 9 to 3, at $45 to $65 a pickup load. The County's GreenWorks site in Sedalia takes residents' slash and green yard waste but no contractor drop-offs. A roll-off is the option when the job is more than a couple of trailer loads, or you would rather not make the trips.
