Seventeen towns and one yard in Parker. Here is every place we cover, grouped by area, each with its own page on access, housing and what the town's own code says — including the towns that license their haulers and the ones that keep containers off the street.

We run roll-off containers out of 10270 S Dransfeldt Rd in Parker to every town below. Distance is the first thing that changes. Parker itself, plus Foxfield, Lone Tree and Centennial roughly 5 to 10 road miles from the yard, are the quickest runs, and Franktown, Highlands Ranch, Castle Pines and Greenwood Village are 11 to 13 miles out — often same-day when you call before noon. Castle Rock, Aurora, Littleton, Sedalia, Elizabeth and Englewood are 15 to 19 miles out, and Kiowa, Larkspur and Roxborough Park about 27 to 28 — more often next day.
The second thing that changes is the law. Parker needs a Street Occupancy Permit for a dumpster in the Town right-of-way for more than 24 hours. Castle Pines requires a City permit for any dumpster of 5 cubic yards or more in the right-of-way, at $370 for 90 days. Castle Rock's code keeps refuse containers out of the street and the front-yard setback unless the Town approves it, Aurora does not allow dumpsters on the public street, and Highlands Ranch keeps them in the driveway. Centennial limits a driveway dumpster to 7 days without a building permit. Englewood licenses trash haulers and Aurora licenses its curbside haulers — we are licensed in the towns that require it. Each town page quotes the section and gives the department to call. We would rather say it here than find out on delivery day.
The service area
The run splits naturally into three: Parker and the rest of Douglas County; Centennial, Littleton, Aurora and the south metro; and Elizabeth and Kiowa out east in Elbert County.
Parker itself and the Douglas County towns and communities around it — Lone Tree, Franktown, Highlands Ranch, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Sedalia, Larkspur and Roxborough Park — roughly 7 to 28 road miles from the yard. Same-day in Parker, Lone Tree, Franktown, Highlands Ranch and Castle Pines when you call before noon; next morning as a rule for Castle Rock, Sedalia, Larkspur and Roxborough Park, often the same day.
Foxfield, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Aurora, Littleton and Englewood in the Arapahoe County area — roughly 5 to 19 road miles from the yard. Same-day in Foxfield and Centennial when you call before noon; next morning as a rule for Greenwood Village, Aurora, Littleton and Englewood, often the same day.
Elizabeth and Kiowa, out east in Elbert County — roughly 19 to 27 road miles from the yard. Next morning as a rule, often the same day.

Parker, Foxfield, Lone Tree and Centennial are the most likely when you call before noon, then Franktown, Highlands Ranch, Castle Pines and Greenwood Village, 11 to 13 road miles out, depending on where the trucks are. Kiowa, Larkspur and Roxborough Park, 27 to 28 miles out, are usually next day.
Yes, call — the unincorporated Douglas, Arapahoe and Elbert County acreages between our towns are often inside our run. They just do not have their own pages yet. In unincorporated Douglas County, a demolition needs a County Demolition Permit — $47 per structure — and there is no County permit category for a dumpster on a county road, so keep it on the property.
Because Englewood requires a City licence to haul trash for pay — construction materials and landscaping waste included — and Aurora licenses the haulers that provide residential curbside service. We state what each town's code says, are licensed in the towns that require it, and tell you where your job stands when you call.
The flat rate depends partly on the delivery location, so the edges of the area can cost a little more — we say so up front.
Yes — Centennial, Littleton, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Aurora and Foxfield in the Arapahoe County side of the south metro, and Elizabeth and Kiowa in Elbert County. Further out than that, call and we will tell you honestly.
