Keep the drop spot clear and the driver sets it down whether or not you are home. One thing same-day cannot promise is a street placement: in Parker, a dumpster in the Town right-of-way for more than 24 hours needs a Street Occupancy Permit through eTRAKiT; Castle Pines and Lone Tree need a City permit, with Lone Tree's generally issued within five working days; and Aurora does not allow dumpsters on the public street. So a same-day box goes on the driveway or the lot.
