Roll-off dumpster rental across Parker and the south metro

Elevation Dumpster Services runs out of a yard at 10270 S Dransfeldt Rd in Parker. The idea is simple: make waste removal here faster, cleaner and more affordable, with honest pricing and a local team instead of a call center. So we keep it plain. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we hit. A local person on the phone.

Parker is a town of very different jobs — about 72,000 people by the Town's own count, up from 285 residents and about one square mile when it incorporated in 1981, and sitting at 5,900 feet. Homeowners in Stroh Ranch, Clarke Farms and Pradera call about cleanouts, remodels and hail-damaged roofs; property managers turn over units; contractors build along Mainstreet, the Parker Road corridor and the new subdivisions out east. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job — along with knowing that Parker provides no trash service at all, that a dumpster in the Town right-of-way for more than 24 hours needs a Street Occupancy Permit, and that Colorado will not let electronics, lead-acid batteries, used oil or tires into a landfill.

Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm limbs or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (720) 964-2184 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works

Five steps, one phone call

Most bookings take a few minutes.

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No long forms, no guesswork.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the standard rental of up to 7 days, pickup, disposal and a stated weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.

  3. 3

    Delivered where you want it

The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site exactly where you asked, with boards under it if you want them. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it below the top rail and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, used oil, liquids, paint, chemicals, propane tanks, TVs and computers, and fridges or A/C units with refrigerant still in them. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call or text and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and dispose of it right

The load goes to a permitted landfill such as the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site, with metal, concrete, cardboard and clean green waste recycled whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Local knowledge

Seventeen towns, and we know the driveways

There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which drives the truck fits down, which towns license the haulers working inside their limits, which ones keep containers off the street, that Castle Pines charges $370 for a 90-day street permit, and that Aurora does not allow dumpsters on the public street at all.

Our service area page lists every town we cover, grouped by area, and each has its own page covering access, housing and what that town's own code says about containers in the street and who may haul.

Why us

Why people call us back

  • You reach a local team, not a call center

The phone rings in Parker. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight cul-de-sac in town and an acreage out past Franktown, and how far it is to Kiowa.

  • One flat price, said out loud

Delivery, the rental, pickup, disposal and a stated weight allowance in a single number. No hidden fuel surcharges or environmental fees. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.

  • Same-day close in, next-day further out

Call before noon and most Parker, Foxfield, Lone Tree and Centennial orders have a good chance of going out the same day, depending on availability. Kiowa, Larkspur and Roxborough Park, 27 to 28 miles out, are more often next day — said honestly, in advance.

  • Driveway-safe placement

Boards under the dumpster when you ask, and the driver tells you before delivery if a tight drive, low power lines or soft ground needs a different approach.

  • The right box, not the biggest

Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard loaded level is the honest answer for your broken-up concrete, that is what we will quote you.

  • Ready for storm cleanup

Wind and hail drop limbs, fences and shingles across whole neighborhoods. We queue honestly after a storm and tell you where you are in the line.

  • Based in Parker

The yard is at 10270 S Dransfeldt Rd, Parker 80134. The number on this page reaches it, not an answering service in another state.

  • The south metro

Seventeen towns across Douglas, Arapahoe and Elbert counties. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book.

  • Sorted the way Colorado requires

Colorado keeps lead-acid batteries, used oil, liquids, waste tires and electronics out of its landfills. We keep those out of the box, recycle what the facilities take, and say so.

Towns we deliver to

We run roll-off containers out of the Dransfeldt Road yard to every town below. Parker and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more often next-day. A few towns license the haulers that work inside their limits, and several keep containers off the street — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.

Answers

Dumpster rental in Parker — your questions

How much does it cost to rent a dumpster in Parker, CO?

Most rentals run $350 to $750, with no hidden fuel surcharges or environmental fees; a 10 yard is typically $350 to $550. The price depends on the size, the type of debris, the delivery location and how long you keep it. You get one flat rate on the phone that includes delivery, pickup, the standard rental of up to 7 days and the included weight — 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard, up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Going over the weight means a low-cost overage, and extra days are a low daily rate. Call (720) 964-2184 for a firm number for your address.

How quickly can you deliver a dumpster in Parker?

Often the same day or next day, depending on availability — call before noon for the best chance of same-day. Towns 27 to 28 road miles out, like Kiowa, Larkspur and Roxborough Park, are more often next day. We tell you which when you call.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Parker?

We found no Town of Parker permit for a roll-off on your own driveway or private property. The street is different: the Town requires a Street Occupancy Permit, applied for on eTRAKiT, to place a dumpster in the Town right-of-way for more than 24 hours, and its construction manual says dumpsters are not to go there without the Town's specific approval. The fee is not published, so call Engineering and Public Works at 303.840.9546 first. Other towns differ — Castle Pines charges $370 for a 90-day street permit, and Aurora does not allow dumpsters on the public street. Check your HOA too. We flag it when you book.

What can't go in a dumpster in Parker?

Colorado bans lead-acid batteries, used oil, liquid wastes, waste tires and electronics — TVs, computers, monitors, printers — from its landfills. Lead-acid batteries go to a retailer or wholesaler that collects or recycles them, a secondary lead smelter, or a collection or recycling facility. We also keep out paint, solvents and chemicals, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos, and fridges, freezers or A/C units with refrigerant still in them. Douglas County residents can take household hazardous waste and electronics to GreenWorks in Sedalia free, by appointment at 303-660-7480.

Will a dumpster damage my driveway?

A loaded roll-off is heavy. Ask for boards under the dumpster and the driver puts them down. Tell us before delivery if a surface worries you — fresh concrete, pavers, a cracked slab, grass or soft ground.

Which dumpster size do I need?

Volume and weight are two separate limits, and the material decides which runs out first. A bathroom or a garage is a 10, a kitchen, flooring or a multi-room cleanout a 15, a whole-home cleanout or roof a 20, a full-house renovation a 30, construction and demolition a 40, and broken-up concrete or dirt a 10 loaded level. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.

Do you deliver outside Parker?

Yes — sixteen more towns across Douglas, Arapahoe and Elbert counties. A few license haulers (we are licensed in the towns that require it), and several keep containers off the street; each town page quotes what that town's code says, and we tell you straight on the phone.

When is the best time to book?

Early. Same-day depends on availability, and the days right after a big wind or hail storm are the busiest. For a planned remodel or cleanout, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it — and if the box has to go in the street, the permit can take a few days too.
